Four teams will compete in the finals of the 2026 National Stick Fighting Competition.
This event will be held on Monday, February 9th, at the Moruga Multi-Purpose Youth and Sport Facility from 7pm.
Each team comprises three members who will showdown in fast-paced bois action.
The four competing teams are:
- COUVA GAYELLE: Daniel Barclay (captain), Kenson Woods, Lebbeaus DeLeon.
- RIO CLARO GAYELLE – Selwyn John (captain), Terrance Marcano, Jaevon Primus.
- GLADIATORS – Oniel Odle (captain), Anderson Marcano, Sean Lange.
- SPARTANS NO SURRENDER NO RETREAT – Denzil Harricharan (captain), Ainsley Alcia, Kesto Mc Intosh.
The announcement of the finalists by the National Carnival Commission comes after a hotly contested semi-finals on Wednesday, February 4th, at the Ojoe Road Recreational Ground, Sangre Grande.
