Police are investigating the murder of a 23-year-old man in Belmont.
Around 11:15pm yesterday, officers responded to a report of loud explosions at Oxford Street, Gonzales.
At the scene, they found Jaheim Elijah Thomas lying on the southern side of the roadway, with apparent gunshot wounds.
He was taken to the Port of Spain General Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
