WASA says an interruption in water supply in parts of Northeast Trinidad is due to a defective valve along the highway in Cumuto.

According to a notice, it adds that restoration is expected by 3pm today, December 28th, 2023.

Areas being affected include: Town of Sangre Grande, Sangre Chiquito, Manzanilla, Guiaco Tamana Road, Little Coora Road, Bon Air Road, Coryal Village, Nestor Village, Foster Road, Ojoe Road, Toco Road, Fishing Pond, Vega de Oropouche, Plum Mitan, parts of Malabar, La Horquetta, Greenvale, San Raphael, Brazil, Carapo, O’Meara Industrial Estate, parts of Mausica Road, Signature Park/Mausica Road, Maloney Gardens, Five Rivers, Millennuim Park, Sunrise Park and Golden Grove.
