The UNC has written to the Elections and Boundaries Commission requesting a meeting within the next two weeks to discuss and seek clarification on several issues of concern.

This announcement came last night from UNC Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar, as she spoke during a cottage meeting in Princes Town.

Topping the list of concerns is the recent EBC Report, which the UNC has been critical of.

She also named a team to attend the meeting which includes MPs Dave Tancoo, Saddam Hosein and Khadijah Ameen, as well as Senator Wade Mark, UNC General Secretary Peter Kanhai and former MP Dr Tim Gopeesingh.
