T&TEC opens additional Hotline Numbers

T&TEC has added additional hotline numbers to its call center so members of the public can make reports about new outages. Assessments are still ongoing as to verify damage to infrastructure to allow quick response when flooded areas become accessible. Additional hotlines 794-7264 794-4823 The 800 BULB and 800 TTEC numbers and mobile app remain active.

T&TEC says electricity has been restored to customers supplied from its Railway Rd Feeder- O’Meara Rd, Olton Rd, Samaroo and environs. Also, current has returned to Moruga, Pt Fortin, Mundo Nuevo, Talparo and some parts of Brazil. Crews are deployed to Maracas, Matelot, Valencia, Champ Fleurs, Cumuto Rd and Sangre Grande at this time.
