T&T can expect moderate to heavy rainfall amounts from May 1st to May 15th, according to the latest rainfall forecast from the Met Service.

Wet days are expected from the 5th – 7th with relatively wet days also possible on 2nd, 4th, 8th, 9th ,14th and 15th.

During this period, there is a 60% chance of mean rainfall amounts of over 60mm for parts of south, southeast and east Trinidad.

It notes that daily maximum temperatures are likely to range between 31.0°C to 34.0°C.
