Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley will travel to London today en route to Ghana.
There, he will be the special guest of honour at the celebration of His Royal Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, The Asantehene’s 25th-year of ascension to the Golden Stool and reign as the King of Asante.
While in Ghana, the Prime Minister will also meet with the President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo.
Dr Rowley will be accompanied by Mrs Sharon Rowley, as well as a delegation that includes Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Amery Browne.
Finance Minister Colm Imbert will act as Prime Minister until Dr Rowley’s return.
