The Met Service is warning of the possibility of street flooding and gusty winds during heavy showers and thunderstorms.

Its weather forecast for today is for mostly cloudy conditions with scattered showers and/or periods of rain.

There is also a medium or 40% chance of the isolated thunderstorm.

Conditions are however expected to be more settled tonight, with the occasional isolated shower.

Despite the forecast, there is no Alert in place for T&T at this time.
