Two tropical waves may impact T&T this week.

In its 5-Day Weather Outlook issued today, the Met Service says the axis of the next tropical wave is currently moving westward, with associated weather likely to begin affecting this country by Tuesday night into Wednesday.

It says there will be high chances for isolated heavy showers and medium chances for isolated thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, there is another tropical wave in the central equatorial Atlantic.

The TTMS says at its present and projected motion, associated weather is likely to begin affecting T&T by Saturday night into Sunday, with medium chances for heavy showers and/or thunderstorm activity.
