Next Wednesday, Tilo Kruse will start to walk around Tobago, as part of a fund-raising venture for the Voice of Lupus Foundation.

In a social media video post today, Mr Kruse said his entire journey would be live-streamed, with a Go Fund Me to be set up to facilitate donations.

He says this latest venture was inspired by a man named Roger, who helped him during his recent walk across Trinidad, from Toco to Icacos.

Roger’s daughter was recently diagnosed with Lupus, an auto-immune disease where the immune system attacks the body’s tissues and organs.

Mr Kruse says the Voice of Lupus Foundation wants to build a clinic where lupus patients can receive free check-ups in a timely manner.
