Rushton Paray of the United Patriots says his side remains strong in its belief that a stronger UNC means a stronger T&T.

He also thanked those who lent their support during his slate’s recent campaign for the UNC’s National Executive Elections.

The rival Star Team has claimed victory, however as at 1:30am on Sunday 16th June, the official results were yet to be shared by the party.

Today, the members of the United National Congress exercised their right to elect a new National Executive after making a call on March 22nd 2024.

As the voting data continues to come in for several constituenies , I want to commend every voter for their active participation in our democratic process.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to everyone who supported my fellow candidates and me throughout our campaign. We maintained a professional and respectful Campaign that the the entire country would be proud off.

Your encouragement and dedication mean a great deal to us.

On Sunday June 16th 2024, the United Patriots team will host a press conference at 11:30am where we will provide a statement on the election and the full results as they become available!

Let’s all stay committed to the principles of democracy and work together to strengthen the UNC.
