Republic Bank says issues with ATM and point of sale transactions have been resolved.

For a period of time today, persons were unable to make purchases or withdraw cash from ATMs.

According to Newsday, the bank issued a statement saying a team worked to restore access to customers as soon as possible.

However, there was no word on what caused the issues.
