Sunil Narine has scored his first ever T20 century.

Playing for Kolkata Knight Riders today against Rajasthan Royals, Narine took just 49 balls to reach the milestone.

He struck 11 fours and 6 sixes to surpass his former highest T20 score of 85 which he made earlier this month against Delhi Capitals.

Today’s match is Narine’s 504th T20 – a career during which he has hit 15 half-centuries, and now, his very first ton.

Narine eventually lost his wicket at 109 from 56 balls with KKR on 195/5 after 17.3 overs.

KKR ended their innings on 223/6 from 20 overs.

However, Rajasthan Royals successfully pulled off the highest run-chase in IPL history making 224/8, with Jos Buttler hitting the winning runs off the final ball.

Buttler made a Player of Match winning 107 not out from 60 balls while Narine took 2/30 in four overs.
