Jereem “The Dream” Richards grabbed bronze in the 400m event at the Diamond League in Rome.

It was a photo finish at the iconic Stadio Olimpico, as Jereem clocked a time of 44.55s.

The Olympic bronze medalist from Zambia, Muzala Samukonga, won the race in a time of 43.99, while Grenada’s Kirani James secured silver with a time of 44.30s.

Botswanan Bayapo Ndori finished just behind Jereem, clocking 44.56s.
