The body found in the Guaracara River on Tuesday night has been identified as 63-year-old Razack Bholo.

The Hunters Search and Rescue Team says for years, Razack lived below the nearby bridge which is under the highway.

Regarding his death, the victim’s brother said he suffered blunt force trauma to the head and nine stabs wounds to the back of the neck.

Investigations are continuing.
