A yellow-level High Winds Alert will come into effect for Trinidad and Tobago from 1pm today.
The Met Service says there will be breezy to windy conditions with high potential for gusts strong enough to displace unsecured roofs, loose outdoor objects and topple trees or weak structures.
The high winds alert will run until 6pm on Monday.
The Met Service adds that the winds will contribute to rough sea conditions with a yellow-level Hazardous Seas Alert also in place until 6pm on Monday.
