Legal action is the next step for the brother of missing Coast Guard officer Kieron Simon.

Simon has been missing since February 20th after going down with a vessel of interest during a maritime drug bust.

Two months on, Kevlon Simon says he is frustrated with how authorities have handled the matter until this point.

He also told 103.1FM News that he will continue to press authorities for an update into the status of recovery operations.

When contacted, the Coast Guard declined comment.

Attempts to contact National Security Minister Marvin Gonzales have also been unsuccessful.
