$1.25 million worth of cannabis has been seized in Couva.

The find came yesterday during an anti-crime exercise which took officers to an abandoned structure at the end of Reservoir Road, Extension, Basta Hall.

They discovered five crocus bags containing dried high grade cannabis weighing a total of 22.7kgs.
