The TTPS is seeking the public’s assistance to determine the whereabouts of a 34-year-old labourer.

He has been identified as Darlon Hector, also known as ‘Casper’, or ‘Devon/Devaughn Peters’, of Farm Road, North Eastern Settlement, Sangre Grande, and Rose Drive, Carapo, Arima.
