The Housing Development Corporation has gone paperless and from July 1st, manual receipts will no longer be issued.

The system is being upgraded and it advises persons to submit an email address upon paying their bills, as this will be now be used to facilitate the payment process.

This process will soon be fully automated and aims to reduce fraudulent activities of people who try to defraud others by providing fake HDC receipts and collecting funds.
