After almost 10 years of salary negotiations, Caribbean Airlines says that T&T Airline Pilots Association has agreed to a 4% retroactive pay increase for the period 2020-2023.

CAL issued a statement yesterday indicating that the negotiated payments were processed and paid on April 11th, 2025.

It added that negotiations are progressing as they work to settle outstanding unresolved articles of the Collective Labour Agreement.

When contacted by 103.1FM, TTALPA declined to comment at this time on CAL’s statement, adding that a response would be issued in due time.
