The National Carnival Commission will launch Carnival 2025 on November 23rd 2024.

It has also announced that the theme for Carnival 2025 will be ‘Trinidad and Tobago Carnival – No Place Like Home’.

The launch is set to be an all-star celebration, starting with an invocation ceremony and Carnival parade at 3:30pm, followed by a mega concert in the Grand Stand from 5pm.

Some of the performers scheduled to appear at the concert are: Patrice Roberts, Nadia Batson, KMC, Kernal Roberts, A Team with Nishard M. and Zan, as well as Republic Bank Exodus Steel Orchestra and Massy Trinidad All Stars Steel Orchestra.

NCC Chairman, Winston “Gypsy” Peters said, “As we build momentum toward next year’s celebrations, we have our sights fixed on presenting an authentic Carnival season that will continue to enhance our nation’s cultural and tourism offerings. We are focused on improving our product as it continues to significantly contribute to our nation’s coffers.”
