SEWA TT has extended the collection days for its Clothing Recycle Drive.
The initiative initially saw the organization accepting new and gently used clothing over the past weekend.
However, following requests from the public, collection will continue this week into the weekend.
103.1FM News spoke with SEWA TT President, Revan Teelucksingh.
As for distribution, SEWA TT will work with the Social Development Ministry, MPs, Councillors and others to ensure the clothes reach those most in need.
In addition to clothing donations, persons can also make financial contributions or volunteer their time to assist the initiative.
