The search for 67-year-old Dalipram Jadoo took a horrifying turn yesterday, with the discovery of what appeared to be burnt human bones at the back of his home.

Captain Vallence Rambharat says members of the Hunters Search and Rescue Team launched a search at the back of the Jadoo’s home in Las Lomas yesterday.

After about five hours they returned to the backyard, where they observed a smoldering stone fire pit.

A closer inspection revealed what appeared to be burnt human bones.

Tests will now be conducted to identify the bones.

HSRT strongly believes they belong to Jadoo, as he was bedridden and couldn’t walk to leave his home.
