Two murder accused appear in court

A 28-year-old Enterprise man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a market vendor.

33-year-old Mark Quashie was fatally shot during a confrontation at his stall in the Chaguanas Market on March 16th 2024.

The accused, Junior Barrack, appeared before Master Cazabon in the North A Criminal Court on August 5th 2024.

Also appearing in court for murder is a 39-year-old Tabaquite man.

41-year-old Julien Halls was at a bar in the district on July 21st 2024, when he got into an argument with another man.

He was stabbed in the chest during the altercation and later died at hospital.

Carmichael Pino surrendered himself to police later that day and was subsequently charged with murder.

Pino also appeared before Master Cazabon on Monday August 5th 2024.
