August 6th 2024 will see the Canadian premiere of “Panazz – The Story”.

This award-winning documentary by Adam and Barry Bartholomew, celebrates the vibrant rise of the steelband performing group, Panazz, and their impact on music culture.

The date precedes the commemoration of World Steelpan Day on August 11th.

The premiere will be held at the Royal Cinema on College Street, Toronto, with live entertainment by tamboo bamboo players and a roving steel pan outside on the sidewalk.

The Film’s Co-Producer Barry Bartholomew will also attend a 30-minute post-show talkback with attendees.
