Police are investigating an incident in which a man died after being crushed by a bus.

The incident occurred around 7pm yesterday on the Priority Bus Route, near the East Dry River.

According to reports, the driver felt an impact while heading east, and subsequently found the man lying along the roadway.

The incident was reported to the police and the PTSC says it is fully cooperating with the relevant authorities.

It adds that it will be guided by the findings of the investigation.
