Two Women Police Constables have appeared in court charged with Conspiracy to Defraud.

Kizzy Thomas was granted $100,000 bail, with her matter postponed to November 15th 2025.

Meanwhile, Jillian Holder was granted $150,000 bail, with her matter postponed to July 9th 2025.

The accused are alleged to have spoken with two victims separately and on separate occasions, with regard to obtaining houses.

The victims were allegedly told they had to produce copies of several documents, together with $10,000 each to serve as a down payment for the houses and speed up the process.

The victims handed over the cash and documents, but are yet to receive either the house or their money back.

Two separate reports of Conspiracy to Defraud were made on January 21st and February 27th 2025, with investigations leading to the two WPCs.
