Work has been completed along a section of the Uriah Butler Highway where a depression developed last week.
The roadway has also since been reopened ahead of schedule.
The road, which was previously closed for repair works, is now fully accessible.
The works were carried out at the 2.4 km mark, southbound, in the vicinity of Grand Bazaar.
These included demolition, excavation and prep work, as well as the placement and leveling of concrete cylinders and structural encasement.
