The West Indies Men’s Academy Team will face Sri Lanka’s Emerging Players in Antigua from June 7th – 26th.
This will be part of Cricket West Indies’ strategic plan to expose upcoming talent to international competition.
Director of Cricket Miles Bascombe said the upcoming matches serve as a critical component for player development, as it will bridge the gap between the junior and senior levels.
The tour will feature two four-day first class matches and three 50-over matches and will be played at the Coolidge Cricket Ground and Sir Vivian Richards Stadium respectively.
