A water wheelchair is now available at the Pigeon Point Heritage Park in Tobago.

Introduced last week, the chair moves helps provide access to the water for those with physical disabilities or mobility limitations.

103.1FM News understands there is one chair currently available for rental, and officials are hoping to add more units in the future.

The Pigeon Point Heritage Park is said to be the only location offering this service in T&T.

The wheelchair can be rented upon visiting the park or persons can pre-book by calling 639-0601.
