DC and Warner Bros. have released the first teaser trailer for ‘Superman’.

The movie will see David Corenswet taking over as the man of steel, with Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane and Nicholas Hoult as arch-villain Lex Luthor.

The trailer also features Krypto, the superdog, who shows up in an icy wasteland to help a bleeding Superman, and gives a sneak peek at characters such as Hawkgirl and Green Lantern Guy Gardner.

‘Superman’ is directed by James Gunn, who also previously helmed all three ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ movies in the MCU.

‘Superman’ is also the inaugural chapter in a revamped DC Universe under the creative leadership of Gunn and producer Peter Safran.
