A teaser trailer has been released for the live-action remake of “How To Train Your Dragon”.

The brief video includes the iconic scene showing the first time Hiccup touches Toothless.

The new movie stars Mason Thames, Nick Frost, Nico Parker, Ruth Codd, Julian Dennison, and Bronwyn James.

Gerard Butler is the only actor from the animated series, reprising his voice role as Chief Stoick the Vast.

Between 2010 and 2019 there were three “How To Train Your Dragon” films and several short films.

As such, some have questioned the move to make the animated film series into a live-action project.

Dean DeBlois, who wrote and directed the animated “How To Train Your Dragon” trilogy, has insisted that the story will hit different in the flesh.
