A news conference is carded for tomorrow at 2pm to discussion a planned shutdown at DESALCOTT’s Point Lisas Desalination Plant.

According to WASA, the purpose of the conference is to provide information on a seven-day shutdown for planned maintenance work.

No further details were given, however DESALCOTT had agreed in September to postpone its annual maintenance shutdown.
