WASA: Navet works successful; team ready for Dry Season

WASA says works at the Navet Water Treatment Plant were successful and its “south team” is prepared for the 2025 Dry Season.

According to the water company, surveys of the low dam channel led to the clearing of vegetation and debris to enhance water flow from the dam to the pumping station.

Furthermore, there were repairs on three low dam pumps and a partnership with the Water Resources Agency which helped guide operations.

WASA says the reservoir level has now moved from 22.72% in June 2024 to 94.14% by January 14th, 2025.
