UNC to file questions in Parliament on water issues

The Opposition will bring water issues to Parliament this Friday, via the sessions for Urgent Questions and Questions for Written Answers.

Today, several MPs and Regional Corporation Chairmen held a media conference to speak about water woes in areas across Central and South Trinidad.

Princes Town MP Barry Padarath said he will file questions for the Public Utilities Minister to answer, with other avenues to receive information also being explored.

Some MPs and Chairmen said some communities have not received water for two months or even longer.
