Opposition Leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar has denied rumours that she was ill.

Photos were posted on the UNC’s Facebook page yesterday, showing her with a local vendor, and also with her pet dog.

Reports indicated that other UNC officials, including Oropouche East MP Dr Roodal Moonilal, also denied allegations of the Opposition Leader being unwell.

According to the Express, Mrs Persad-Bissessar said she returned to T&T yesterday after visiting relatives in Florida.
