UNC Chairman Dave Tancoo says that evidence of any claims of political harassment or intimidation made by the Patriotic Front should be provided to the TTPS and the EBC.

He told 103.1FM News that if this was not done, the statements carry zero weight and is the creation of political mischief.

Yesterday Patriotic Front Leader Mikela Panday said she will file a report with the Council for Responsible Political Behaviour, after “scare tactics” were allegedly used against members by two major political parties.

She said that said that four of the party’s prospective candidates withdrew from the April 28th General Election, claiming harassment, intimidation and fears of personal safety.
