UNC activist Brian Stone has passed away.

The news was confirmed by the party this afternoon.

In a brief statement posted to its Facebook page, the party said, “Deepest condolences to the friends and family of Mr Brian Stone. You will be missed deeply by your entire UNC family.”

According to reports, he collapsed while playing table tennis at the Oval this afternoon.
