The tenure of the UK’s current High Commissioner to T&T comes to an end on December 11th, 2024.

In the lead-up to her exit, Harriet Cross has met with Foreign Affairs Minister Dr Amery Browne.

She expressed hope that collaborative efforts between T&T and UK would be realised within the framework of a recently concluded Memorandum of Understanding.

The MoU between the UK’s Export Guarantees Department and the Finance Ministry which seeks to offer financing to support T&T with projects in National Security, Healthcare Infrastructure, Airport Development, Bridges and Road Rehabilitation, among other areas.
