Two suspects have reportedly been held following the murder of a man in Cocorite this afternoon.

40-year-old Dillon DeSilva was shot dead around 12:30pm while in the yard of a house along the Western Main Road.

A vehicle driven by his suspected killers was intercepted a short while later along Wrightson Road in Port of Spain.

There was a traffic pile-up in the vicinity of the Central Bank as investigators processed the vehicle and detained the suspects.
