Two men have been granted bail over a number of alleged offences from two separate incidents.

36-year-old Kevon Vieruel of Bucket Corner in Rio Claro was yesterday granted $400,000 bail when he appeared in court charged with kidnapping, false imprisonment, rape and grievous sexual assault.

In the second matter, 37-year-old Kurt Ross of Gonzales appeared in court charged with pavilion breaking and larceny and was granted $30,000 bail.

Ross’ matter was postponed to June 5th, 2024.
