Next week, the T&T Manufacturersâ Association will lead a Trade Mission to Guyana.
Running from October 3rd to 7th, this Mission will consist of 45 persons representing 35 companies in sectors such as Food and Beverage, Agro-Processing, Construction, Household Products, Chemical, Cargo and Services.
It is the 3rd Trade Mission to Guyana: the first was held virtually in 2021 while the second was held in March 2022 with the participation of 21 local manufacturers.
This yearâs effort is being applauded by the Trade Ministry which says it is encouraged to see a progressive growth in interest from local companies, as well as those in Guyana.
It says Guyana has consistently been a top market within CARICOM for T&Tâs non-energy exports.
It also believes there is an abundance of opportunities that exist through the import and export of non-energy products between both countries.
