T&TEC has announced the permanent closure of its Nicholas Tower Customer Service Centre at Port of Spain, effective March 22nd, 2024.

The decision was revealed via a Facebook post in which T&TEC assured that its other 14 service centres remain open for business as usual.

However, the move has drawn criticism from Facebook users who said that the Independence Square branch was one of its most convenient locations, particularly for the elderly.
