The concept of this Sunday’s Road Trip event hosted by the T&T Automobile Association, 103.1FM and Castrol is the first of its kind.

That’s according to Association President Vishnu Mungalsingh, who visited 103.1FM today to chat with Fazeer Rojan on Prabhaat.

He explained that the event drops the car rally aspect and focuses on a treasure hunt which is not speed sensitive and encourages participants to follow the Highway Code.

The concept, he added, is built around fun, excitement and family.

To take part in this “first of its kind” event, you can visit Sun J’s by Anand’s (Anand’s Jewelers) at the Upper Level of Gulf City Mall to sign up and pay the $200 registration fee.

Interested persons can also visit the 103.1FM Office in Barataria, during the week from 8am to 4pm to sign up.

Today and tomorrow are the final two days of registration.
