T&T Red Force get to 303/2 in WI Championship opener

T&T Red Force piled on the runs against CCC last night in their opening fixture of the 2025 West Indies Championship.

Batting first, T&T went to stumps on day one of the day/night pink ball encounter in Tarouba at 303/2.

Cephas Cooper led the way with 80 and Vikash Mohan made 66, while Jyd Goolie and Jason Mohammed were not out on 76 and 75 respectively.

Elsewhere at stumps, Barbados Pride made 346 all out against Guyana Harpy Eagles at Providence, Leeward Islands Hurricanes got to 290/6 against West Indies Academy at Coolidge and Jamaica Scorpions made 291/7 against Windward Islands Volcanoes in Arnos Vale.

T&T’s game resumes around 1pm while the other three fixtures continue from around 10am.
