Three new committees have been formed by the T&T Chamber of Industry and Commerce to encourage development in certain sectors.

They are the Orange Economy Committee, the Food Security, Agriculture and Fisheries Committee and the Pharmaceutical and Wellness Committee.

Chamber President Kiran Maharaj says these significant sectors require attention to unlock their full potential.

As a result, she says the new committees will foster a strategic and coordinated approach among stakeholders for better success.
