TSTT says there was no loss or compromise of customer data in a recent cyber-security threat.

In a statement, the company notes that cyber attackers attempted to gain access to its systems on October 9th, 2023.

However, TSTT says its incident response processes were activated and operated optimally to restrict the criminals’ plans, with no data being deleted or manipulated.

TSTT adds that it has not corroborated data currently in the public domain purported to be customer information, noting that the various TSTT platforms generate terabytes of data.

The company says it has since enlisted internationally recognised cyber security experts and partners in investigating the attempted breach and advising on additional security measures and protocols.

Some of these recommendations, it notes, have already been implemented.
