Tropical Depression could form in the Atlantic next week

Eyes are on a broad area of low pressure in the Atlantic, which could become a tropical depression next week.

The National Hurricane Centre says environmental conditions are expected to become more conducive for development by the end of the weekend.

It adds that a tropical depression is likely to form during the early to middle portion of next week as the system moves westward across the Atlantic.
