From 8pm today, there will be a temporary nightly traffic disruption from Morvant to Maritime in Barataria.

According to a public notice from the Works Ministry, the disruption will be at the following locations:
• Intersection of the highway link road and the Priority Bus Route
• Barataria Roundabout
• Fifth Street from the highway link road to Tenth Avenue

The Ministry says road rehabilitation works will be taking place from 8pm to 4am and are expected to be completed on October 2nd, 2023.

Motorists are urged to be cautious in and around the work zones.
